How FRP Pipe conducts anti-corrosion construction
   What problems should FRP Pipe need to pay attention to during the construction of FRP anti-corrosion insulation? Let's take a look at the main points of FRP Pipe anti-corrosion construction.
1. Before the anti-corrosion treatment, the surface of the pipeline should be treated to remove water, oil, dirt, pollutants, rust and scale from the surface of the substrate. The temperature of the construction environment should not exceed 85%, and the temperature should not be lower than 5 degree.
2. Anti-corrosion design outside the pipeline.

      Brush the bottom with a good quality osmosis anti-rust paint, and brush it again after drying. The petroleum asphalt coating is the oldest anti-corrosion layer and is used well in most dry areas. With the development of technology, epoxy coal tar pitch and zinc-rich paint have replaced petroleum asphalt as an anticorrosive coating for water pipelines.
3. Anti-corrosion design inside the pipeline.
      The internal anti-corrosion of FRP Pipe needs different anti-corrosion technology according to different transportation media. The common anti-corrosion technology includes cement mortar lining, anti-corrosion coating and plastic lining.
4. Pipeline cathodic protection design.
      Cathodic protection belongs to electrochemical protection. It is an anti-corrosion technology that uses external current to change the corrosion potential of metal to reduce its corrosion rate. Generally, two methods are used, namely, sacrificial anode cathodic protection and impressed current cathodic protection.
